Production Time Orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. This is separate from transit time.

Transit Time Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates Free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at officialdaddythreads@gmail.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we’ll help track down a lost package. Contact us at officialdaddythreads@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Address Double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided, though we’ll do what we can to redirect it if we catch the error before it ships.
