Refund & Return Policy

Every Daddy Threads tee is made to order. Once you hit purchase, we start printing specifically for you — so we don’t do returns or exchanges for size regret, change of mind, or “I just don’t like it anymore.”

Defective or Misprinted Items If your shirt shows up damaged, defective, or with a bad print, we’ll replace it or refund you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at officialdaddythreads@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the shirt (full view + close-up of the issue)
• A photo that includes a handwritten note with your order number next to the shirt
• A quick description of what’s wrong

Wrong Item Received Got the wrong design or size because of us? Same 30-day window. We’ll make it right at no cost.

Cancellations Production starts fast. We can only cancel or change an order within 24 hours of purchase. Hit us at officialdaddythreads@gmail.com as soon as you know.

Refund Timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
